This praying mantis, perfectly preserved in a piece of pristine amber, is
estimated to be between 23 million to 33.9 million years old. It was found
in the Dominican Republic and sold at auction for $6000 in 2016 (which
I think is rather low. I would have paid more for it. But then, I'm a nerd
about such things). Pictures are from Heritage Auctions.

Instead I'll say OMG how hideous! Scares me to death!"

Sunny: "I thought it was a black lobster when I first saw it.
Wonder how it would taste boiled up with butter?"

Bluz: "Wow! If the hog won the fight, it should have got a Pabst Blue Ribbon"
Steve: "That was pretty awful and selfish. 18 beers and not sharing with others. LOL."
Doc: "Well, Steve... he's always been such.. *puts on sunglasses* ..a boar."
